Balance Due Deadline:
Your $100 deposit holds your spot and your room until May 15th.  Your payment in full guarantees your spot and your room on a first come first serve basis.  Please note there is a $100 charge for cancellation on or after May 15th.  Please make checks payable to The Saint Paul Seminary.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, just give us a call at 651-962-5050 or (800) 328-6819 Ext. 25050 and ask for the Coordinator of the NACBA Certification Program.
 
Scholarships:
For NACBA National and North Central Chapter members:
- If your church does not pay 100% of your training fees and your are a member of both the local chapter and the national office you can apply for a scholarship through the local chapter of up to $400!  For more details, go to http://www.nacbancc.org/doc/CertificationScholarship.pdf
 
- If you are a member of both the local chapter and the national office, scholarships are also available through the national office. 
During their meeting on March 5-6, 2009 the NACBA board of directors approved its own version of an economic stimulus package. They voted to double the amount of scholarship a person may receive for attending the national conference or certification classes (for use in 2009 only) from $250 to $500.

Receipt of registration email - shortly after receiving your registration.
Welcome and detailed program information will be mailed May 15th.

Prayer Leaders:
We welcome our participants to begin and end each the day in prayer.  You may design a 3-5 minute prayer to suit your own style, from your own tradition, and music.
 
Parking Notice: 
Parking is available $2/day in the Anderson Parking Ramp, let us know and we'll have a permit ready for you.  You cannot purchase them at the ramp (yet).  The rest of the parking areas are no longer open to the public the first week.  If you park on the city streets, please pay close attention to parking signs as some require a city permit.
 
Participant Cancellation:
An additional $100 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations on or after May 15th and the start of the seminar.  There is no refund for cancellations after the seminar begins.
 
Program Cancellation:
If this program is cancelled by The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity written notice will be sent to registered participants by May 15th for the year in which they are registered.  It is recommended for those who are long distance travelers to purchase cancellation insurance on the form of transportation you will be using.
